After a lifelong desire to create a unique cozy and delicious dining experience, the first L'Avalanche was born, located in a historic chalet in the heart of Mont-Tremblant ski resort. This success then created a new desire to make the L'Avalanche experience available to diners in the city and so L'Avalanche went Down Town on Crescent Street in Montreal!
L'Avalanche Down Town serves creative, internationally influenced Tapas. By combining modern French and Northern American dishes with Mediterranean and Asian flavors L'Avalanche will take you on a culinary adventure down a contemporary Silk Road.
Now featuring a Brunch, Lunch and French Fusion Evening menu again showing influences from a tour around the globe, accompanied by a carefully selected wine collection will bring the world of wine to your table, or try our martini menu to get you grooving to our selected tunes and weekly live musician. L'Avalanche is an international culinary experience beyond compare that doesn't stop at dining... our bar is open until 3am so you have plenty of time to sample that expansive martini and cocktail list!
