This is a 1year contract with strong possibility of extension (Contract to Perm – 6 Openings)<BR><BR>Job Description:<BR><BR>Our Banking Hiring Manager is looking for 6 talented Bilingual Loan Collection Agents to join her team.<BR><BR>Main Responsibilities:<BR><BR>- Perform Outbound collections call to Banking Clients regarding pass due invoices/statements <BR>- Answer incoming calls from Banking clients regarding pass due invoices/statements<BR>- Reduce client delinquency<BR>- Related Customer Service duties <BR><BR>Skills Required:<BR><BR>- Minimum of 1 years experience in collections or customer service in call center environment<BR>- High school Degree<BR>- Knowledge of Microsoft Office<BR>- Customer Service Oriented<BR>- Excellent Communication skills<BR>- Bilingual – French and English<BR>- Fast learner<BR>- Comfortable learning new software<BR>- Proactive<BR><BR>Schedule:<BR><BR>Monday to Thursday - 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm<BR>Saturday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm<BR>
