I'm looking for a (female) student or young professional to take over my roommate's part of the lease. She's leaving for Toronto and I need a replacement by April 1st! Nice sized 4.5, with a great room to take over from my current roommate. It has an awesome light dimmer feature and big windows with curtains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room area with an electric fireplace. We also have a balcony with a bbq. Great location; close to Snowdon and Villa Maria metro stations, the 51, 166, and 17 bus lines, and close to grocery stores, pharmacies and other stores. Rent is 425$ plus Hydro and Internet -- the heat and hot water are included. Also, apartment is cat-friendly. I have a kitten who is used to playing with her brother so if you have a cat, that's great :) No dogs, please.
