Responsibilities • Identify and document the client's needs; • Configure SharePoint sites; • Support and update forms Word, Outlook and InfoPath • Support and update Excel Macros. • Support the client to use SharePoint, the need to provide training; • Perform some advanced configurations of SharePoint (webparts, Dataview, Workflow) • Be familiar with SharePoint integration with other applications such as Microsoft Office suite, InfoPath and AD; • Perform test cases for unit and integrated sites or applications; • Support users and ensure the availability of the application; • Document solutions SharePoint (User Guide, Business Rules, FAQ, etc.)..
