This Hiring Manager's team is responsible for the CLS Settlement and process of Foreign Exchange transactions. The resource must have good general business analyst skills, especially knowledge of test plans, test cases and execution, knowledge of Foreign Exchange back office processes and Wall Street Systems. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Business Analyst with the following activities: - Mapping and updating Process flows - Documenting and assisting in the built of new process flows - Reviewing and building test plans and test cases Required Skills: - Bachelors in Finance or equivalent work experience - Experience with test plan, test cases and execution - Knowledge of WSS (Wall street System) - No specific tech skills required except for Microsoft Suite (Excel Word etc.) - SharePoint/SQL are nice to have but not required - Analytical mind
