Minibar Systems is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the Minibar department operations at a leading 619 room upscale hotel in Quebec City, Canada. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day In-Room Refreshment Center (Minibar department) operations at this hotel, training and supervision of hotel staff in following operational best practices and use of our computer system, maintaining and troubleshooting Minibars as needed as well as having full P&L responsibility of the Minibar department. The candidate must be bilingual in English and French, possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication (oral and written) skills, be reasonably proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be a self-starter. The candidate must possess at least 3 years of work experience in a Supervisory position in a large hotel environment. This is a full time position with benefits.
