Hello, I have a furnished room for rent in NDG, available Sept 1. 6 blocks west of Snowdon metro. 166 (to Guy Concordia metro) and 15 bus (Layola campus, snowdon metro and laurier metro) half a block away. Groceries, pharmacy and banks all within walking distance. Walking distance to Monkland village. The room is simply furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser and bistro table. It has a closet and south-facing window. Shared living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony. The area is pretty quiet, but you get the usual apartment dwelling noise. We are on the 4th (top) floor Heat, electricity and gas included. Possibility to share the internet. I am looking for someone that is quiet and respectful: please, no drugs, heavy drinking or loud music. You will be sharing the place with myself, a female in her 40's and my pets. I have rats (yes you read that correctly), lizards, a turtle and a dove. Most of them live in the living room and often wander around the apartment.
