The apartment is located right next to Lionel-Groulx metro station (less than a minute), easy access to the Green and Orange metro lines, the 747 bus to the airport, all universities are less than 20 minutes away, you can even walk to McGill or Concordia. The room is adjoined to the kitchen, closed by a french door. Small closet and a second door leading to the corridor. The bedroom is not so small, we can furnish it with the basics (bed, table, storage, etc). The apartment has a second bedroom, a living room and a large kitchen. We have our own back yard and a storage space. The second bedroom is for us, a couple in their mid-twenties still in grad school. Rent is 500$/month, less in Sept/Oct because we won't heat the apartment, includes all the utilities: electricity, heating, phone line and internet. We will also take care of the kitchen and washroom supplies, basically everything is included save for your food and personal expenses. We speak English, French and Russian. We just moved in, so we are still painting and buying the furniture. We are looking for a laid back and responsible roommate. Save for that we don't have any specific gender/religion requirement, just be nice, that's it. My girlfriend loves to cook and learn new things, so if you can cook and are willing to help, you have a head start. Move in and move out dates are flexible.
