Due to PCO Innovation’s recent expansion, we are looking for an International Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. Are you looking for a challenge? You will report directly to the Director of Operations while working closely with the technical team. Further, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process including sourcing, looking for top talent, building recruitment strategies, interviewing, developing effective screening tools and developing relationships with partners (educational establishments, universities, etc..). You will participate in the deployment of new recruitment initiatives, be autonomous and have access to a large budget to meet our growth targets.
