The candidate will work within the sales and support teams to interface with customer, address their concerns (may include pricing, product training, order fulfilment, trademark registration, and long-term sales growth) and maintain good customer relations. Bilingualism (Mandarin and English) is required and a medical device background is an asset. Must have a college or university degree and work experience. Must be self-motivated and disciplined in time management, with a good attitude, the ability to work quickly and efficiently and be a team player. Must have excellent computer, communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills. International travel to Asia with a required visit to China (Nanjing) once a year and occasional travel in North America and Europe is required.
