Hello, <br>I am a McGill student in Montreal looking to sublet an apartment for the months of June and July this summer. I am looking for a student or a young person looking for a place to stay during the Summer. The apartment is located a two minute walking distance from the Atwater metro, the Alexis Nihon Mall, multiple grocery stores, the gym, Saint Catherine, and the AMC Forum. It is a five bedroom apartment with two balconies, full kitchen, bathroom, home gym, living room, and is on the top floor of a three story apartment building. It is very spacious and there is a dining table in the kitchen. There are four couches in the living room and a TV. There is a park immediately outside the house and is generally a safe area. There will most likely be at least one other roommate in the apartment. The room to be rented has a closet, and comes fully furnished. There is a bookshelf, three lamps, a desk, a bed, and a bureau.
