One of our clients is a well established IT consulting company and is looking for a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant
Duration: This is a 5 month contract position
Location: Montreal, Canada

Responsibilities & Requirement:
• Responsible for leading the Compensation design, build, and test for a SuccessFactors implementation that is integrated with SAP On Premise Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• The successful candidate will lead design workshops, coordinate the build amongst team members, confirm quality of the design and build and drive the testing of the integrated solution.
