Our client is well established bank seeking a Sr. IT BA (Insurance & People Management Exp.)Location: Montreal Duration: 3 Months with strong possibility of extension E-mail to [email protected] * Bilingual; proven Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, effective and diplomatic stakeholders (people externally, colleagues, members of the management), both written and oral and in French and English
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, preferably specializing in information systems and operations management and production management or information systems or equivalent* Experience in business process improvement * Minimum 10 years of experience in team management
* Thorough knowledge of methods, tools and techniques for requirements analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes
* Knowledge of structured methodologies (software development lifecycle, project management) * SDLC / Project Management* Knowledge and experience in the development of studies of the cost / benefits To do this, it interacts seamlessly with the business units and their respective officers, it controls the activities of requirements definition and development of evaluation opportunities. It also provides support to program management benefits, depending on the business projects delivered. It involves all the required units of ST to design, develop, implement and deploy technology solutions thereto.
