Room for rent in sunny 2 bedroom upper-duplex in NDG. Apartment is located in a quieter residential neighbourhood, with convenient parking on the street. Landlord lives in the unit bellow apartment and is super helpful and nice! Apartment is a 15 minute walk for the Loyola campus of Concordia University. There is a mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy a block away, and the apartment is walking distance from several bus stops (102, 51& 103).
Apartment comes with washer/dryer unit, patio, large kitchen and living room, and extra room for office is desired.
The room is medium sized and can come fully furnished if needed.
Rent does not include hot water, hydro or internet, but the cost of utilities is around $75 per person. This would make the total cost of rent approximately $511/month
Roommate is a Concordia student, she is, preferable, looking for another student (18-25 years old). Apartment is avaible from Ferbruary onwards. Lease ends 31st of July, but if you love living here so much, you are more than welcome to stay!
