Hi, I have a room in a beautifully new renovated building 4 mins from Lionel Grioulx
I have to find someone to take over the lease from feb until June as I need to sign a new lease to a dog friendly apartment.
Its 400 a month for rent and approx. 50 more for utilities and internet.
There are two students who go to mcgill still staying there.
