Perm State Medical University, also known as PSMU Russia, was established on October 14, 1916, making it one of Russia's oldest universities. Celebrating its centennial in 2016, it stands as an esteemed institution with a rich history.
With a dedicated workforce of over 569 employees, the university serves a diverse student body of 18,000 undergraduates, including 160 international students from 21 countries. Its academic faculty comprises 1,800 professors.
Operating within the university are two fully equipped polyclinics, along with nine affiliated hospitals, ensuring comprehensive medical training and practice opportunities for students.
Since 2016, PSMU has expanded its offerings to include courses conducted in English, catering to international students.
