Job Description:
We currently have openings for call-centre representatives to conduct market research studies at our Montreal location. We offer competitive pay, flexible online self-scheduling as well as the training required to excel at the job.

Requirements:

- Clear communication skills
- Approachable telephone personality
- Professionalism
- Ability to work independently
- Available to work a minimum of 16 hours a week and 20 hours of weekend work per month
- 2 years post-secondary education
- Bilingual: English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

Assets:

- Previous call-centre experience
- Additional language skills
