Looking for Experienced Italian Cook.

Bistro Cafe Epoca is looking for experienced & dynamic full time Pastry chef & chef with vast knowledge of traditional Italian food. Please note that the person have to be knowledgeable about traditional pastry, pasta & antipasti of every region in Italy. The person have to be willing to work week-end also.
