Location: Montreal, QC Duration: 2 months contract with strong possibility of extension Director Business Analysis and Relations1. Strategic Planning:Ø Contribute actively to improve the efficiency and operational excellence in business
Ø Support the development:
concepts, including cost / benefit analyzes
Analysis of impacts on the organization
Ø Contribute to the identification of potential projects of different business units and advisor for this purpose.
2. Identify opportunities for improving business processes and see the definition of business processes in projects
Ø Search best practices by business area
Ø Support the development and implementation of business processes simple and optimal based on best practices.Ø In collaboration with the other directors of TS to ensure consistency and coherence between initiatives emerging business units and all the other projects of the organization.
3. Manage and direct the team in the implementation of its activities and deliverablesØ Support the definition of project scopeØ Support and coach the team members in their ways and resolve their issues pending.Ø Ensure sound management escalation process with resources, monitoring and resolution of issues arisingØ Ensure quality control of the work done by his teamØ Actively participate in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets.Ø Ensure the institutionalization of norms and standards established by the group
