Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

Role Summary

The representative is the first point of contact for customers and dealers with any questions regarding finance and leasing files. The incumbent will answer general questions and suggest possible solutions to surpass customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
•Support customer inquiries received via phone / email and offer answers / solutions to ensure superior service while respecting the established procedures
•Follow-up / complete administrative tasks associated with incoming calls and completed requests to meet client expectations

Required Qualifications

Formal education
•College diploma (DEC)
•Preferred: University diploma

Experience
•1 to 2 years of experience in the customer service field, preferable in a call center environment.

Competencies
•Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English
•Excellent telephone etiquette
•Knowledge of the products / services of the company
•Negotiation skills

Work schedule
•Schedules staggered in rotation from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.
•37.5 hour work week.
