Our Business
Our Personal and Commercial line of business is the retail and commercial banking arm of BMO Financial Group in Canada, serving individuals, small to medium-sized and mid-market businesses. Transportation premium of 25$ per work shift will be offered to candidates working evening shift until 2:00am.
Position Summary
As a front line contact center employee you will play a critical role in delivering great customer experience for customers calling BMO to do business over the phone. You will build, enhance and protect relationships with customers through listening, problem solving and recommending products, solutions and services. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, including cross-selling opportunities to other groups within BMO.
Applicants are required to be available Monday to Friday from:
6:30am - 2:00pm (morning shift) OR
7:00am - 8:00pm (day shift) OR
10:00am - 9:00pm (mid-day shift).
