I need someone to move in on June 1st. Renovated, very well located (3525 Aylmer, just a minute away from Milton Gates). It's pretty spacious for a 2 1/2: there's a separate bedroom, while the kitchen and a small living room are not separated; there's also a small balcony. The heating is super good in winters (I usually wore summer clothes at home in winters). Laundry facilities are in the building. It's a lease transfer, the contract ends on January 31, you can easily renew the lease. I can also leave the furniture for cheap if you want (we can negotiate). Rent: $660 (utilities included).
