For small kids there are great parks and both the Richelieu river and St-Laurent River are minutes away.

There is a fenced private back yard lined with bushes, trees (Maples, Oak, Lilacs, evergreens), a small garden, large driveway, shed/workshop, above-ground pool and deck, big concrete patio off the kitchen with storage space underneath, new dishwasher and fans, central vacuum, blinds and more...
