I am looking to sublet my apartment for 4-12 months and I am flexible on the amount of time for the sublet; great for those on exchange for one semester or two, for a couple or on your own!
The apartment is a 3 ½, and is spacious and sunny. It is furnished and has everything you may need including bed, couch, desk, shelves, tables, fridge, stove, kitchen ware, etc. Clean building, quiet neighbours, and balcony. IF you would like, I can keep the WIFI, local phone line, cable Television during your stay; this is not included in the rent. Laundry room is in the basement and building is elevator equipped.
Location
A fifteen minute walk from Concordias Loyola campus and 15 minutes by bus to subways/metro stations Vendome, Villa Maria, or Snowdon. The apartment is located in a residential and commercial area with all amenities steps away: pharmacy, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and dollar store. The popular Sherbrooke Street is 15 minutes walking distance and buses are widely available going to downtown and other areas or to various metro/subway stations (102, 51, 162, 104, 138, 420, and 105).
This is a fantastic place to live; everything is close by and the neighbourhood is great!
