2 1/2 top floor of a 2-story building, ideal location downtown, steps away from the Guy-Concordia metro, Concordia University, and all amenities (including grocery stores, pharmacies, a delicious 'Thali Cuisine' Indian restaurant downstairs, bars, yoga studios, etc). Bedroom has a large closet and opens out onto a balcony. The second room is ideal for a living space/dining area (but as seen in the photos I've reversed the rooms and put my bed in the living room - using the bedroom as a studio space and office). $750 is ALL INCLUDED (water/heating/electricity).
FULLY-FURNISHED GIVEAWAY: I am leaving the country so I'm giving away (for free) all my stuff with the place. Of course there is already fridge and gas stove, but I'm adding a couch, table, lamps, desk, desk-chair, some shelves, a night table, a double-size bed, etc. (I also have the option of moving everything out if you prefer, you can basically choose what you want to keep).
Other tenants in the building are mostly students. It's not noisy, but it's also very tolerant of noise if you want to play music or an instrument (until 11pm). The landlords are reliable and friendly.
