Customer Service - Research Interviewer

Principal Accountabilities Conducting outbound phone interviews Ensuring that you reach the target respondent and scheduling call backs as necessary Follow strict industry quality guidelines for obtaining consistently unbiased data Practice good customer service/telephone techniques at all times Maintains confidentiality of procedures, scripts and respondent information at all times Adhering to industry quality standards Qualifications Requirements High school completion or equivalent 6 months of customer service experience Excellent communication skills Clear speaking voice Reading ability Ability to work independently Available a minimum of 22 evening hours a week and 20 hours of weekend work per month, or 22 daytime hours a week. Technical Requirements Quiet home office space with a landline corded phone (i.e. VOIP or other internet phone services, cordless phones, and cellular phones are not compatible) A computer with Windows 7 or higher, minimum 1GHZ single core or dual core processor with at least 512MB of RAM (Mac acceptable if Windows is installed) Internet access with a minimum speed of 3mbps Wired internet connection; Wi-Fi not compatible Noise-cancelling headset that plugs into the corded landline phone (i.e. USB is not compatible) Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Email Internet Explorer 8/9/10(i.e. IE 11 is not compatible) Located within the local calling area of Montreal (514, 450 or 438) Physical Requirements Ability to use a computer keyboard Work environment is indoors, and majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk in front of a computer Apply online at: http://opinionsearch.com/en/work-home At Nielsen, we respect diversity and offer an inclusive work environment.
