This is one of the largest, heaviest punching bags you can find. Solid chain links to attach to ceilings, etc. Great for MMA training. No holes, cuts, etc - bag is in great condition. About 4-41/2ft tall, 110lbs. This was a $240 bag when I bought it years ago, but I'm moving to a smaller place.
