It’s rather narrow, but long and it’s 90% devoted to counter space. Utilities paid by tenant, comes to around $65/month. Grocery stores, drugstores, cafes and three of the best damn bars (that no one knows about yet!) in the city within walking distance. Hop skip and a jump from UDM and Loyola Campus – many students in the building. Laundry in building This would be a lease-transfer starting in January, with an option to renew in June (we’re a bit flexible if you need to move in a little later, and if you need a few days early, we’ll see what we can work out) Building management friendly and responsive.
