Qualifications: - Good command of the English & French language - Respond to customer inquiries and requests using internal applications. - Disclose accurate and complete product benefits and features - Flexibility to work within the operation hours of Monday thru Friday 8 am to 10 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm Our support staff is ready to provide you with all the tools necessary to ensure you are successful. Candidates must be available to attend our three day training class starting on September 17, 2012 from 9 am - 5 pm.
