This house is located between Tampa and Orlando, Florida. It is in a beautiful and well maintained gated community. It feels safe & secure and is just a joy to ride your golf cart around and enjoy the landscapes and friendly atmosphere. My house is located on the 2nd hole of the golf course and has a great view of the pond and golfing. It is just minutes from I-4 which takes you to Disney World and beautiful beaches. This is The Place to get out of the Cold Weather and enjoy the beautiful activiities in the park. The park has a large swimming pool, tennis court, shuffle board, library, fitness center, club house, golf course, and restaurant. There are Lots of activites in the club house and in the community.
