Psychological Study
You will be financially compensated.
The study will take place at the Douglas Mental Health Institute, which is located in Verdun. It will be supervised by Dr. J. B. Debruille, Associate Professor, McGill University. It will take approximately 4 hours and you will be compensated for your time. Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire. Next, we place a cap on your head that records the naturally occurring brain activity while you are doing simple tasks on the computer.
Criteria:
You must be between the ages of 18 to 30 with no history of psychiatric disorder. Must not be taking any medication related to psychiatric disorder. There must not be any history of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder in your immediate family. You must not smoke marijuana more than once a week, drink more than 12 drinks per week, or use injection drugs. You do not qualify if you have colour blindness or strabismus. You must have prescription glasses, instead of lenses, if you do not have perfect vision.
