A quite 3 1/2 apartment in good condition is available very close (2 mins walk) to Loyola Campus, Concordia University. I want to transfer my lease for the apartment. It consists of very well maintained large living room big windows with plenty of sunlight during the day, a bedroom,2 large closets, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The lease for the apartment will get completed on 30th September, 2012. You can apply for a new lease after that. The rent will be increased after the end of my lease. Rent includes (heating, hot water, stove and fridge). The original rent is $730 per month, though, it will be divided into $570 (you pay) + $160(given by me) = 730 / month.
