The building itself is quiet, with hard wood floors, large kitchen, bathroom with laundry hook ups. There is a laundry mat about two blocks away. The place itself is not very hot in the summer and not cool in the winter, well insulated. It is near grocery stores as provigo, metro, super C, Maxi. If you love food, you will be a blast to live with.
