We are currently looking to find someone to take over our lease for a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in a Victorian Theme building located in Westmount of Montreal starting July 1st. The price above includes a dishwasher, large 1 bedroom, balcony, AC/Heat, indoor heated pool with sauna's located in each of the bathrooms on the first floor, an exercise room that is open from 7am until 10pm, and a laundry room. A plus to living in this wonderful building is that mail is delivered right to your door. We would love to stay here as the management and door man service have been really great! However we have a baby coming and therefore we are needing to move to a bigger place for our little family to grow. We have had NO problems during our stay here and recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place that will make them feel like they are at home. Other things to know, the apartment is well kept and our onsite super is really quick and will fix things when you need them done right away.
