For our client, a world-renowned leader in the video game industry recently established in downtown Montreal, we are looking to fill several positions of: QUALITY ASSURANCE FUNCTIONALITY TESTER FOR VIDEO GAMES Job description The functionality tester will be in charge of testing the client's products (video games) on all kinds of platforms (consoles, online games, social networks) by executing test cases. The bugs found will have to be reported in a database and entered in the test suite. Main responsibilities • Test the products by following the test suite; • Execute test cases; • Report bugs in the database; • Follow up on them Requirements • Previous QA experience as a video game tester, a must • Written and spoken English skills • Experience with console and/or PC game testing • Communicates efficiently, works well in a team, demonstrates strong analytical skills • Detail oriented • Knowledge of bug tracking software such as Jira, Test Track Pro and/or Devtrack, a plus Conditions • Position based in downtown Montreal. • Temporary position.
