My client is a well established consulting company, situated in Montreal. They are looking for a Data Entry Specialist. This is a 9 month contract position with a strong possibility of extension based on performance. Job Functions: • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. • Verify information, operates data entry devices and prepares documents. • Store completed documents in appropriate locations. • Prep – Remove staples clips, binding. Insert slip sheets. • Scanning – “A” page large format aperture card color. • Indexing – capture required information from documents. • QA – inspect image quality and indexing accuracy according to customer 3. Job Requirement: • Must be able to work under little to no supervision. • Must be able to type a minimum of 150 WPM. • Must be bilingual in both English and French. Excellent written French knowledge required. • Excellent capacity to analyze and understand written requests from customer’s handwriting. • Have a good judgement to classify and organize by category with few details. • Fast learner, detail oriented and excellent communicatio
