Pro Repair Bench Technician Montreal, Quebec Henry Schein Canada has a great opportunity to join our Montreal Service Team! As our Pro Repair Bench Technician, you are responsible to promptly inspect, diagnose and repair all inbound customer equipment including dental hand pieces, electronic equipment and various tools and instruments found in dental offices. You have a great attention to detail and can diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults. You are mechanically inclined and can understand equipment manuals, schematics and the use soldering tools, other hand and power tools. Having exceptional people skills, you will contact customers on a timely basis with repair estimates, assisting customers with maintenance inquiries as well as coordinating certification of non-compliant equipment inventory. You have 2 years experience in a Service/ Equipment environment, a post secondary education in electricity, electronics or similar mechanical field and strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.
