We are looking for a door to door leader who is motivated, dynamic, and with the competency to manage up to 10 representants. The team will be scheduling house owners for the services we offer : residencial painting and epoxy. The leader must have a car the hours of work are from monday to thursday from 5pm to 9 pm. The renumeration is part commission based, part salary based. The average salary of a leader is between 15-25 $ /hour based on the number of reps you are managing.
