This 3 1/2 apartment is conveniently located: - 5 minute walk to the metro (connects to the blue and orange lines) - 31 and 55 buses are situated near the apartment - 7 minute walk to the nearest park - short walk to Jean Talon Market and other grocery stores - close to banks and pharmacies It includes a refrigerator and stove.
