I am looking for someone to take over my lease by December 15th or January 1st, as I am moving back to British Columbia. This is a 3 1/2 (aka 1 bedroom) unfurnished apartment in an excellent location in the Plateau. On the bus line, close to the metro and McGill, and just a 5 minute walk to Mont-Royal. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a balcony and view of Mont-Royal. Small animals are allowed. The building has it's own large laundry room. Heated underground parking is also available in the building but would have to be arranged separately with management. Rent is $805/month and includes hydro and electricity. This is the only apartment currently available in the building and is likely to go fast so don't wait to contact me!
