The room is available January 1st until 31st July 2012, although there is a possibility you could move in end of December if you want. The bedroom is in a shared apartment with 4 other girls aged 19-21. This iThey are students at McGill and Concordia. They are easy to live with, and like to keep the living spaces clean. The apartment has a lounge, dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms and a small storage room. There is a laundry on the floor with two dryers and washing machines. The bedroom for rent has two huge windows as it is on the corner of the building. It looks out onto Rue Ste Catherine. The building has a gym, lounge, movie theatre, study room and music room available for your use. The bedroom comes with a double size bed, two sets of drawers, a wardrobe and desk. There are no additional expenses for power, water etc. High speed wireless internet is included. The router for the apartment is right outside the door of the bedroom so it is super quick. Also, I have bought a lot of stuff brand new that I will not want to take home with me so if you are interested, I am happy to leave it with you at no charge, for example printer, desk lamp, extra set of drawers, clothes drying rack and linen if you want it.
