Hello! I am a quiet, tidy, respectful, non-smoking female student looking for a female roommate for a wonderful, newly-renovated apartment in a great neighborhood. This is the medium-sized bedroom in the 3-bedroom apartment. It doesn?t have a window to the outside, but the French doors (which can be covered with curtains) and a warped glass window let in light. The living room and kitchen are open style, with large windows. The floors are hardwood, with ceramic tile in the kitchen/bathroom. The bathroom includes a washer/dryer. The apartment is located on the second floor, and has a back deck and a front porch. As an added plus, the landlord is very nice and helpful with repairs. Utilities are not included, but are inexpensive (in the most expensive winter months, you can expect to pay $75-$80/month for internet/home phone/Hydro combined) The apartment is furnished, but the room is not. It is available July 1, but an earlier move-in date is possible. I am looking for a female roommate who is willing to sign a one-year lease with me (a renewal for a second year is possible). The location (Sherbrooke & de Lorimier) is extremely convenient.
