House is located near St Laurant river and big park with lake. It is very beautiful and clean any time of the year. There are: one single mid size room and one big double room on the second floor with large window and one room downstairs in the basement without window available. There is everything you might need: bed, desk with supplies, chair, lamps, closet, alarm clock. There is a nice big bathroom on the second floor and a small one on the first floor. The price includes everything: furniture, hot water, electricity, heating, TV, phone, wireless internet, use of kitchen appliances and laundry facility Fees range from $450CAD to $695CAD(two persons big room) and are subject to change and negotiate.
