Although it only has 15 seating places, Bako Sushi mostly sells its sushi for take-out.

The decor is classic and modern and the restaurant offers raw and cooked sushi. If you wish to try cooked sushi, we suggest the Pizza Sushi (smoked salmon, pollock and avocado on fried rice cake), Dragon Eye (salmon, shallot & carrots) or Tiger Eye (salmon, calamari, mullet, tobiko and shallot). For saw sushi, try the Rainbow with salmon and mullet or the Spiced Scallops, made with scallop, avocado and tempura, served with a spicy sauce.
