It is in 1977, that this authentic «Brasserie Parisienne» was born, entirely decorated
by the Parisian architect, Monsieur Damas.
A premiere in 1982: the first imported draft beer was served right here.
The Terrasse Bistro is open until 3 o’clock in the morning and the kitchen until 2 a.m., 7/7. On show nights or hockey nights at the Bell Centre (an 8 minute walk from Alexandre) parking fees are on the house.
It is in 2008, that Mr. Creton, founder-owner with his brother Yvon, was awarded the
medal of Ordre du Mérite Agricole by the French government for the constancy of his
cuisine and the 16 guest Chefs who over the last 14 years took turns in his kitchen. It is Chef Christian and Chef Luis who are in charge.
