An innovative program utilizing the adjoining Golf Dome Complex, and it’s new outdoor driving range. Herb Madill and Rob Fee will each head groups of students that will receive 1.5 hours of hockey instruction and 1.5 hours of golf instruction. Students will also have video analysis of their swings conducted during lunch (included in cost). This program is only offered in the mornings from 8:30-
1:00, an additional fee of $95 tax included would be added to if interested in a full day program.

A Comprehensive program to develop and improve all aspects of a players game.
Each day will consist of two 1.5 hour on ice sessions and two 1 hour off-ice sessions.
Video analysis may be used for appropriate ages. On-ice practices will be intense but fun. Power skating exercises
will be a major part of each workout, but the emphasis will be on the improvement of all the fundamental skills through repetition and feedback in game-like situations.
Off-ice sessions will include dry land training (level of intensity depending on the age.) Other activities include: soccer, flag football, ball hockey and broomball.
The full day program runs from 8:00-4:30 (lunch is included.)

Developed and designed for players just
starting out in their futures in hockey.
Instructors will focus on the fundamentals of hockey: skating, passing, and puck control as well as add games and
races to keep it fun for every player. A scrimmage will be part of each practice.

Progressive and comprehensive program on all the basic fundamental skills of the game with a strong emphasis on techniques. The program revolves around two 1.5 hour sessions, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. In between ice times there will be two 1.5 hour off-ice sessions for skill development, conditioning
and fun. One video session involving daily personal analysis of each student and the latest instructional video’s.
Morning sessions run from 8:30-11:30,
afternoon sessions run from 1:30-4:30.
Lunch is included with enrollment in the full day program.

Same program as Hockey School except 1.5 hour morning ice time will consist of 1 hour practice time and 30 minute 3 on 3 game. And 1.5 hour afternoon ice time will consist only of 3 on 3 games. Levels: Novice, Atom, and Peewee.
