The Cat Empire is an Australian ska and jazz band formed in 1999. Core members are Felix Riebl, Harry James Angus, Will Hull-Brown, Jamshid "Jumps" Khadiwhala, Ollie McGill, and Ryan Monro.
In 2015, the group will answer the fans' requests by coming to North America for a spring tour. The tour will last for most of April. There are 15 shows in all, and more than half of them are in Canada. The Cat Empire will begin with back-to-back nights in Vancouver before making their way across the country as far as Quebec City. After that, they will play a few U.S. concerts.
