Kiesza, is a Canadian musician from Calgary who has most recently worked in New York City and London.

Kiesza is the kind of artist that knows how to work through the pain. The 25-year-old Canadian spent her teens increasing her threshold as a trained ballerina and after that, she joined the Canadian navy where she was nearly recruited to be a sniper. But instead of becoming a trained gunner, she decided to dive into the world of electro-pop. Still, it's not as safe as she thought, as she learned shooting the video for "Hideaway," the title track from her forthcoming EP.
