It proposes a little-known repertoire, available today thanks to the work of copyists and printers of the time. Emanating from secular and sacred traditions, it offers both vocal and instrumental music and reflects a Jewish culture imbued with the colors of the dominant cultures of countries such as Spain, France, Italy or the United States.
