BEAUTY AND THE BEAST in Montreal on 24 April,2012 24-29 avril, 2012 / Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier, Place-des-Arts, Montreal. evenko et Broadway Across Canada sont heureux de présenter la grandiose production musicale de Broadway, BEAUTY and the BEAST de Disney, pour huit (8) représentations (en anglais), du 24 au 29 avril 2012, à la Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier de la Place des Arts. Beauty and the Beast de Disney met en valeur la musique du film d'animation (gagnante d'un Academy Award®), composée par Alan Menken et le parolier Howard Ashman, ainsi que des chansons additionnelles composées et écrites par Alan Menken et Tim Rice. Le livret a été écrit par Linda Woolverton. Les créateurs originaux de la production de Broadway sont réunis à nouveau pour cette nouvelle tournée. La pièce est dirigée par Rob Roth et chorégraphiée par Matt West. Les costumes ont été créés par Ann Hould-Ward (gagnante d'un Tony Award® pour son travail sur Beauty and the Beast), les éclairages sont de Natasha Katz, la production scénique de Stanley A. Meyer, la conception sonore de John Petrafesa Jr. et la musique est supervisée par Michael Kosarin.
